Street Fighter Kids, a fake Super NES game featuring 2 super deformed Chun-Li that first appeared on a Hong Kong website in 1996, about one year before the release of Pocket Fighter / Super Gem Fighter.
It seems that this hoax consisted of only one picture. Chun-Li’s sprite was based on a Street Fighter II Cardass illustration (thantks to NeoCalimero for the tips!).
At that time, many fighting game series already had their Super Deformed episode (Virtua Fighter Kids, Nitoshinden, SD Hiryu no Ken Gaiden,
etc.) and it was a bit surprising to see that the Game Boy version of Street Fighter II didn’t get the same treatment as SNK’s and ADK’s main series (The King of Fighters, Fatal Fury, Samurai Shodown, World Heroes).
